Study Fest
Reframing exam preparation from private pressure into collective participation.

Situation
The apparent task was to promote a study event. The harder problem was emotional: exam preparation is usually experienced as private pressure and repetitive effort. Another instructional campaign could provide useful information and still be easy for students to ignore.
Diagnosis
The event did not primarily need more explanation. It needed a reason to feel different from the solitary experience surrounding it. Promotion, environment and scheduling therefore had to work together to make preparation feel shared, active and worth joining.
Strategic direction
Collective participation became the organising idea. Study Fest treated preparation as an event people could feel part of, combining energy and belonging with the structure students still needed.
Translation
A bright, modular campaign language extended across digital promotion, social content, schedules, signage, screens and the event environment. Repeated forms and a clear hierarchy allowed each application to change while remaining part of one recognisable experience.
Effect
Students encountered one connected event rather than a collection of promotional and informational materials. The system could carry practical information, build anticipation and support the live environment without dividing those functions into separate visual languages.
Role and scope
Event identity, campaign system, environmental graphics and digital promotion.
